Castlevania is coming to Netflix

During the recent Netflix announcements for their upcoming programing slate fans have noticed one title in particular; Castlevania Season 1, Part 1.

This is all that is known about the series at this moment but it is believed that the series will most likely be the project that Frederator Networks (Adventure Time) has been working on. They mentioned during a podcast in late 2016 that the studio was finishing off an unnamed video game project.

Could this be the new Netflix series?
