Injustice 2’s Information Overload trailer

With just one week to go until Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment’s Injustice 2 is released, you’d think there’d be little left to show off, well think again. Another trailer informing us of “everything we need to know” relating to Injustice has been released, perfectly summing up the games story, gameplay options, and new features in one juicy five minute trailer.

Touching base on the epic story-line of Injustice 2, we learn that there will be several options available to players and that the choices made in game will impact the final outcome of the story. Spoilt for choice, players can ally themselves with Superman, Batman, The Society of Supervillains, or go it alone with wild-cards such as Supergirl or Braniac.

Having already touched a little on gear, the trailer delves further into what gear can do to improve your gameplay experience and ways in which to obtain it. Online features are mentioned and given a quick rundown on both competitive and co-op play, so for those like me who like a bit of online carnage, this is a warm welcome.

Finally, more details were announced on the mobile release of Injustice 2 for those who want to play, even where they’re on the go. The entire cinematic story of Injustice 2 will be featured on the mobile version and a simplified version of the game will be playable. It will also offer in-game console rewards for those who play and complete missions on the mobile.

With not much longer to wait, Injustice 2 is about to burst onto the gaming scene in a epic way, there’s no stopping this DC fighting-juggernaut. Injustice 2 is set for release for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on the 17th of May 2017 in Australia and is already available for preorder, with bonus content available, including Darkseid as a playable fighter and additional character skins.
