Coming Out in Gaming This Week — March 2, 2020

Each week there are plenty of new games coming out. Although with so much going on it can be hard to keep track of them all. Thankfully Checkpoint is here to sift through them all and bring you our highlights of the week.

So let’s jump in and have a look at what’s coming out this week.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX

Taking a classic and rebuilding it for a modern audience. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX isn’t a simple remaster or re-release. This is is a game that has been painstakingly remade and the results speak for themselves. The game looks visually stunning in its hand-drawn style. Other smart updates make this a game absolutely worth revisiting for those who love the original and certainly worth a first time play.

With a demo already available where progress continues to the full game once available, this game is a no-brainer for Pokémon fans looking for their next Switch game.
