I was taken back to my baby gaymer days today (as I’m sure most people were) when Sony announced at this year’s E3 press conference that Crash Bandicoot Remastered is happening! The trilogy of Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped will all be remastered and released for PS4. I’m seriously starting to worry for my PS4’s hard drive space after the last few days!
The news came alongside the announcement that Crash will be an exclusive character in the PlayStation 4 version of Skylanders: Imaginators. There was no Crash remastered footage released today, but we did get a look at Crash in Skylanders: Imaginators. He has textured fur!! TEXTURED FUR!! So keen to see what happens with this project.
