Perhaps one of the best kept secrets of Bethesda at E3. What more can we say… Quake is BACK!
While little more than a trailer at this point, Quake Champions is promised to be fleshed out in more detail at this years Quakecon in August. From what we do know, Bethesda are reminding us that Quake 3 represented one of the first major e-sports, and that Quake Champions will have e-sport squarely in mind. It’s being called a ‘competitive first-person shooter’ and as Quake is famous for it’s arenas, I’m just gonna go ahead and call it a MOBA.
