Activision launches Marvel: Ultimate Alliance games for PS4, Xbox One and PC

Activision has announced that  Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 are now digitally available to be purchased via the PlayStation  and Steam stores, Xbox One users  on the other hand will unfortunately not be able to purchase the titles until tomorrow from the Xbox Games Store.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance requires players to act as a 4 person super team to take down the super villains of the Marvel Universe, with the option to create teams consisting of personal favourites or using traditional teams such as The Avengers.

There will be a variety of Marvel superheroes to choose from in the quest to bring down those who worship evil and save the world in the process. Players can expect to take control of the fan favourites such as Iron- Man, Thor, Captain America, The Hulk, Wolverine, The Fantastic Four, Deadpool and many more iconic heroes.  It is also mentioned that there will be over 140 legendary characters that make cameo appearances throughout the game.

Upgrades and customisation to raise the fighting potential  of the superheroes will be available, as well as the option to play alone in single-player or team up with friends to take on the online and local multiplayer for four players.

So the time has come to go forth and assemble your mighty team, the world is in need of its hero’s.
