For those of you who haven’t had the opportunity to try out Life is Strange then now may be the perfect opportunity to do so. That’s because the game’s first episode has been released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Mac and PC for free!
The game is a 5 part, episodic, adventure game with a heavy focus on narrative. It follows the story of protagonist, Max, a photography student living through typical school and home life drama until she discovers her ability to rewind time.
The game is a fantastic example of the modern adventure genre and features some great story telling and narrative branching content. For those of you who are looking to give this game a go I would most certainly recommend you do so, but be warned; Life is Strange focuses on some very serious issues relating to mental health that may end up hitting too close to home for some gamers.
