Deus Ex: Mankind Divided launch trailer

Posted on August 20, 2016

With only a few more sleeps until Deus Ex: Mankind Divided releases globally,Eidos Montreal/Square Enix have released a launch trailer for the game to get your excitement reaching critical levels.

Mankind Divided will be a sequel to Deus Ex: Human Revolution, the critically acclaimed 2011 game that was in turn a prequel to the 2000 classic (wait, where in the time-line are we now?) The newest game in the franchise will take place 2 years after the events of Human Revolution in the aftermath of the ‘Aug Incident’ that occurred at the end of the previous game. Mankind literally stands divided with augmented humans being forcibly removed from standard society.

The Deus Ex series is well renowned for  its hybrid FPS, RPG and stealth mechanics that allow you to tackle any given situation in varying ways. The game’s allow for a great amount of player choice and freedom leading to different outcomes within the game. Playing as augmented human, Adam Jensen, along with his awesome suite of cybernetically enhanced abilities – we can only hope Mankind Divided can live up to the high standards set by series. The game is scheduled for a August 23rd release for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
