Yooka-Laylee has been unveiled in even more detail at this years Gamesom with an amazing new trailer to get your inner child as giddy and full of glee as mine. The trailer shows off some stuff from the game that we hadn’t been exposed to before, including new mechanics, enemies, worlds and even a transformation!
From the video we can see new details for Yooka-Laylee’s previously announced worlds ‘Glitterglaze Glacier’ and ‘Tribalstack Tropics’ and we also get exposed to a brand new industrial/library type world that seems likely to be the lair of the games antagonist – Capital B.
Also revealed were new mechanics such as a tongue grapple from Yooka and a fart bubble that allowed the pair to breathe and stay grounded underwater. We also got a glimpse at a few new enemies within the game as well as a snow plough transformation for the Glitterglaze Glacier level!
Once you add these additional details to the long list of already known, exciting facts about the game – your left with a very tantalising result, at least for me. The game is due out on March 2017 for PC, Mac, Linux, PS4, Xbox One and WiiU.
