Dead Rising celebrates 10 year anniversary with triple pack

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Dead Rising returns in a triple pack for  Xbox One, PS4 and Steam.

Follow journalist Frank West as you band together with survivors in Willamette Mall, to survive the zombie outbreak and uncover the truth behind the outbreak. With an unlimited supply of weapons, which literally everything is a weapon from doughnuts, to teddy bears, to frying pans and high caliber machine guns, your most likely to survive whatever comes your way. But if you feel those weapons aren’t working for you try combining them together to make a super weapon that’s sure to give you a laugh but sure to carve up some serious damage. Distributed throughout the mall are survivors which you must save and escort safely back to the safe house to accumulate further exp points. Psychopaths also roam the mall which you will encounter and must defeat, either to save more survivors or gain new weapons or more exp points. You can also make use of Franks photo journalism skills to capture pictures and unlock rewards.

Dead Rising 2

The sequel follows new protagonist and motorcycle racer, Chuck Greene as he and his daughter with a band of more survivors try to escape Fortune City from the new zombie outbreak. Similar to the original you have the option to forge new weapons such as the “Paddlesaw,”which is a two-handed wielding weapon that is made from a rowing paddle that has two chainsaws connected on each end. As well there is the same option to save survivors and defeat psychopaths. Dead Rising 2 also introduces two player co-op and four player gladiator battles.

Dead Rising 2: Off the Record

With demands from the fans to see Frank West again, this re imagined sequel puts Frank right in the middle of the Fortune City outbreak, where the usual happens: fight to survive with the weapons you make, save survivors, eliminate the psychopaths, take photos and unlock rewards, as well as uncover more secrets behind the outbreak.

The triple pack is restored in 1080p at 60 fps which will definitely make the gameplay much more cleaner, clearer and enjoyable, All DLC costumes for each title have also been included.

Scheduled later on this year on December 6th will be the release of the fourth installment of the Dead Rising franchise, Dead Rising 4, which will follow again the original protagonist Frank West as he travels to Willamette to take on a new zombie threat during the Christmas season. The gaming elements will still draw from the original, so you can definitely expect weapon forging, survivor saving, psychopath elimination, and much more.

Dead Rising 4 will be released on Xbox One, PS4 and Windows 10.
