New Resident Evil 7 DLC item sets leaked

New images of Resident Evil 7 DLC item sets have been leaked through Swedish retailer Discshop, however these have not been announced or confirmed for Australia yet. Although no special editions have been made available to pre-order in Australia, these new images give us insight as to what items will be featured in the game.

The new images leaked are not very appealing though it may give indication that items are very scarce in the game. It may also give indication that Resident Evil 7 will follow in the footsteps of The Evil Within, where every item that’s about to be used must be well thought through.

It also gives insight into what healing factors will be included, as well as what types of weapons players can expect in the game. A currency element may be included since there are coins in each of the sets, though information regarding these coins are still yet to be revealed.

There are four sets which will be available to use in the game:

The Recovery Set:

The herbs continue their traditional run, being the main source of healing… but what is that coin?

The Handgun Set:

Lots of ammo is always a good thing especially in a game where countless monsters are just lining up to rip your face off, and yet again the mysterious coin.

The Burner Set:

The Burner Set may give us a heads up that a flamethrower may be present in the game. Not sure what those orange sushi-looking things are but they look delicious… and not forgetting old mate coin.

Chem Fluid Set:

This set may be another healing package that offers more healing capabilities then The Recovery Set.  All will be revealed soon… well, we hope?

Resident Evil 7 is schedule to release on the PS4, Xbox One and PC on January 24, 2017. In the meantime, get sufficiently hyped by watching the trailer below from E3 2016!
