Your favourite Italian plummer is making his debut onto mobile devices this December 15th. Releasing in 151 different countries, Super Mario Run will cost $9.99 USD although a free version of the game will also be available. The release date and other information is all thanks to a new trailer that Nintendo has called “Introduction to Super Mario Run”
The trailer lays out the simplicity of the game’s design that should be easy for gamers of all ages and skill levels to pick up and enjoy. Three modes have also been shown off that include the standard ‘World Tour’ mode, a competitive ‘Toad Rally’ mode and a mode for creating your own kingdom, ‘Kingdom Builder.’
With less than a month before release it will be interesting to see Nintendo truly break into the mobile market and how successful this move may end up being. Releasing initially onto IOS, us Android users will have to wait a little bit longer for our turn to make Mario jump.
