Explore Blizzard Mountain in Forza Horizon 3

Posted on December 2, 2016

Christmas is coming early this year for fans of Forza Horizon 3, and it’s going to be a white one after all!

While those crazy days of summer, surf and sand may seem endless now, Microsoft has busily been preparing a snowy mountain wonderland for players as part of the game’s upcoming Blizzard Mountain expansion. This will be the games first expansion, and will launch December 13th for both Xbox One and Windows 10.

So grab yourself a warm cup of coco and sit down by the fire at the lodge, because here’s a taste of what you can expect out of Blizzard Mountain, from Microsoft:

“Blizzard Mountain is a mountain paradise for car fans, full of adventurous terrain and challenging driving conditions. New areas like the extreme sports snow park and a massive frozen lake make this the ultimate snowy playground for players’ favourite vehicles. In addition, players will find bonus boards to smash, beauty spots to enjoy, and a brand new hidden Barn Find vehicle.

Filled with over 50 new events and challenges to check out, along with new race types such as Hill Climb, Descent and Blizzard, things are bound to get a bit chilly for some players. With the expansion also set to see you driving in alpine conditions and weather like snow and ice for the first time ever, winter is definitely revving things up for players.
