Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 – Super Pack 3 announced

Posted on March 23, 2017

It’s time to head back to the future in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2’s latest DLC, Super Pack 3, due for release in April. Bandai Namco have unveiled their latest pack which focuses on the recently completed Dragon Ball Super “Future Trunks” saga, in which the villain is a mysterious dark-garbed Son Goku…

The full list of content from the Super Pack 3 has been outlined and it would appear that it’s more than just “Super” characters that players will be able to receive. The new DLC Pack will feature:

  • 3 Extra Characters: Goku Black Rose, Zamasu and Bojack.
  • 3 New Parallel Quests
  • 5 Additional Skills
  • 4 Added Costumes
  • 5 Super Souls
  • 2 Emotes
  • Bojack as a Master, leading to new quests to unlock new Skills, Chats, Marks, and Nicknames.

Honestly, being a long time Dragon Ball fanatic who is currently loving the new Super series, I’m ‘super’ excited that we’ll get the opportunity to play Black Rose Goku, whose fighting style would vary greatly from the original Goku. Those who are familiar with the Dragon Ball Z canon will be pleased to hear we’ll also get one of the Dragon Ball Z film villains, Bojack. Bojack is a genocidal maniac who was sealed away years ago by the Kais of his time; he has broken free of his captivity and is hell-bent on achieving his goals of universal domination.

In celebration of this announcement, the Bojack costume can now be found in the TP Medal shop, and for those who wish to get Bojack as a master when the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Super Pack 3 is released, you will need to own Bojack’s costume.
