Final Fantasy XV fans can now return to the world of Eos and experience it from a new perspective in the game’s first character DLC: Episode Gladiolus.
The new episode features:
- A new story in the perspective of Gladiolus that tells of the events that happened after he left the party in Final Fantasy XV’s main storyline.
- The new Valor and Rage system that play on Gladiolus’ block and counterattack play-style.
- Special items exclusive to those who complete Episode Gladiolus that can be carried over into the main game.
- Areas of Eos, previously inaccessible, now open to explore.
Additionally, Square Enix released a free game update that added cutscenes to Chapter 13, two playable routes to choose from, and more powerful ring magic, as well as opening up more areas of the game to explore.
Episode Gladiolus is available as a standalone package on the Xbox Games Store and PlayStation Store or as part of the Season Pass.
