Fire Pro Wresting World has been revealed by Suda51, even though he won’t be directly involved in making the newest version of the popular wrestling franchise.
In the video reveal, he talks about how Fire Pro Wrestling gave him his start in the industry 23 years ago and how he fully supports the newest version, which will be coming out on PS4 and PC sometime in 2017. It will feature the same customization and complex grappling gameplay the series is known for; if you liked the original WCW vs nWo World Tour and WWE Wrestlemania 2000 on the Nintendo 64 (which many people to this day call the best wrestling games ever), you are going to want to get hyped.
There will be some match types that you’d never see in a WWE video game nowadays due to their PG rating, including barbed wire and landmines, along with no-holds barred Gruesome Fighting and a variety of familiar online modes.
As an old school video game wrestling fan, I personally can’t wait for this. Are you as excited as I am?
