Last week Outlast 2 got refused classification for an implied sexual assault scene. This week however, the decision has been reverted, and the Australian Classification Board now has the game listed as R18+.
The reverted decision can be seen on the Australian classification website, listed as containing “high impact themes, violence and sex, strong impact language and nudity and moderate impact drug use.”
Red Barrel Studios confirmed that no alterations or changes were made to the game, including the scene which prompted the original banning.
Outlast 2 will drop on April 26 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
