Have you finished the epic hit Zelda: Breath of the Wild and wanted more? Fear not, you can relive many Zelda classics though Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses that’s set to tour Australia this year.
This musical experience presents over 30 years of Zelda music together from many games including Breath of the Wild, Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, A Link to the Past and Link’s Awakening. This program has toured the world with music directly approved by franchise producer Eiji Aonuma and Nintendo composer and sound director Koji Kondo (Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda).
Regardless of whether you’re a Zelda fan or not, the music behind this series has consistently set a benchmark for the RPG genre, and the music in Symphony of the Goddesses has been organised in a complete five movement symphony over two acts. Video footage of the games will accompany the live music.
Some of the parts of this symphony include:
- Dragon Roost Island
- Majora’s Mask Medley
- Breath of the Wild
- A Link Between Worlds
- The Creation of Hyrule
- Skyward Sword
- Ocarina of Time
- Temple of Time
- The Wind Waker
- Twilight Princess
- Time of the Falling Rain
Australian fans will be able to witness this symphony masterpiece in Perth on 24 August (Riverside Theater) and Melbourne on 3 September (Hamer Hall). Pre-sale tickets are currently available for purchase for the Perth show here, and the Melbourne show’s tickets are due to go on sale very shortly.
