On April 27th, players were given the opportunity to vote in three committee members whose job it is to form their countries competitors at the 2017 Overwatch World Cup.
The results of those votes have been tallied and can be found here along with the location, seeding and brackets of the tournament.
Blizzard have also announced the groups and cities for the four live events in which the group stages will be held this year (one of which is Sydney).
Each group is comprised of four national teams that will play a full round-robin series of matches. From each group, the top two teams will advance to single elimination playoffs.
The top two finishers from each group stage events will qualify for the Overwatch World Cup finals held at BlizzCon 2017.
