MercuryStream, the award winning independent development studio behind Castlevania: Lord of Shadows, has treated fans today to lots of juicy information for their upcoming release.
Raiders of the Broken Planet is a high octane sci-fi romp that mixes hero based co-op, tactical cover based firefights, and close range melee combat. The latest trailer treats us to a bevy of gameplay footage while introducing the “4 Divided by 1” asymmetrical gameplay style. This will see you either join a team of fellow raiders to fight off the enemy or take on the role of the antagonist and lead an army of AI enemies against the budding group of heroes.
After the positive response to the closed PC beta, MercuryStream is opening up to a multi-platform closed beta this weekend. The beta will be available to PC, PS4 and Xbox One on the 13th and 14th of May. You’ll be able to register for the closed Beta at MercuryStream’s website.
Raiders of the Broken Planet launches this year with the campaign, “Alien Myths”. This will be followed by three more campaigns in their first season that can be enjoyed in any order.
