E3 2017: Xenoblade Chronicles 2 gameplay debut

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 received a new trailer this morning and a tentative release window, as Nintendo at E3 2017 got underway.

Originally announced during the launch of the Switch in January, the game promises a large open world dotted with many side quests. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is a sequel to its well received predecessor which was originally released on the Wii in 2012.

It is certainly a marquee title for the Nintendo Switch and it was the first game shown this morning.

It is set to release during the holiday period, 2017.
