Sega and Atlus confirm E3 line up

Sega and Atlus have confirmed the line up of games they will be displaying at E3, with days to spare. They have neighbouring booths this time around and they have stated it will be Sega’s biggest showing since 2013.  Here are a couple of highlights and the full list.

Yakuza Kiwami, which is a from the ground up remake of the first Yakuza title and Yakuza 6 : The Song of Life will appear in playable format. Now technically, these are not new games as both have already been released in Japan.  However, they have been for translated and prepared for upcoming release in the West in August 2017 and TBA 2018 respectively. Those lucky enough to attend will be able to score some some special Yakuza swag.

Both Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces will be on the floor. Sega have promised playable stations for Sonic Mania but whether Sonic Forces will be playable or not remains to be seen. In the meantime though, Sega have just released new footage of Chemical Plant Zone Act 2 and its looking great.
