Prepare to join the Resistance once more with another trailer from Square Enix for Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age. With its unique combat system reminiscent of much more modern RPGs, FFXII was often overlooked by fans who were spoiled with the majesty and novelty of Final Fantasy X.
Showing cut-scenes from the beginning of the game, this trailer gives a brief overview of the events causing the formation of the Resistance without giving away too many spoilers. It features key players in the story such as the happy-go-lucky Vaan and one of my all-time favourite Final Fantasy duos, Balthier and the rabbit-eared Fran.
Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is slated for release on July 11th for PlayStation 4.
