Fortnite is almost ready to launch into early access on July 25th, with a cinematic trailer releasing today from Epic Games.
The title will have you scavenging loot and building bases online with friends so that you can successfully defend it against waves of zombies. We were pretty excited to see the gameplay trailer that was released last month for E3, but with the game now only a couple of weeks away, the hype is building.
The cinematic trailer goes to show the personalities of some of the characters and establishes the world you’ll be trying to defend. I’m loving the overall style and can’t wait to get my hands on it with my mates.
Pre-ordering Fortnite will give you a 4 day head start, and there are a range of different editions with extra bonuses available on the website. Keep in mind the game is still technically going to be in early access, but will eventually become free to play in 2018 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
