Nintendo have announced that they will be hosting a Nintendo Direct for an Animal Crossing mobile title. The Direct will take place tomorrow, Wednesday October 25th at 2pm AEDT.
The announcement has created mixed reactions among the community, some eager to see what Nintendo has in store for the beloved franchise, but many others upset that it will be a mobile game. Undoubtedly a Switch Animal Crossing game would come as highly sought after by the community but for now, a mobile game will have to do.
Animal Crossing Mobile will join Super Mario Run and Fire Emblem Heroes as one of the first mobile games for Nintendo to ever publish. The Direct will stream worldwide and is expected to run for 15 minutes.
