Run Dorothy Run is a wicked VR endless runner

Female led indie studio Vitro Entertainment has announced Run Dorothy Run for Sony Playstation VR, to be released by the end of the year.

Run Dorothy Run is an endless runner and VR game set in the land of OZ. Players will run, dance and no doubt laugh as they traverse the fantastical landscape. Collecting items and power ups whilst clashing with enemies. The story is a blend of fantasy and comedy as you unravel the alliance between Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz to settle the score with the Wicked Witch of the West!

The game features 16 different levels including Emerald City, the Scorched Plains, the Wicked Witch’s castle and more. The soundtrack is touted to be electro swing, mix all of these elements together and this game appears to be a unique experience for sure.

Interestingly, although Vitro Entertainment is based in Canada. It was founded by Aussie females Jordan and Lee Brighton less than a year ago. Their studio is focussed solely VR gaming and this will be the first title to come from the studio. Their next, the somewhat strangely named Zombie Donuts is due over summer.
