Looks like Divinity: Original Sin II is just doing better and better. They announced in September after the full release of their game selling 500,00 copies, but it seems they’ve made it to the one million mark quicker than anyone could have anticipated.
In a cute and cheeky tweet, Larian Studios posted this image:
followed by:
“… at least, not without the best fans in the world! In just a couple of months we’ve roared past this huge landmark, and it’s all down to you!”
Just goes to show you can’t keep a good meme or a good game down. Congratulations to the whole team!
Earlier this month the game was also nominated for Best Roleplaying game in The Games Awards. Voting is still open.
