This December Microsoft fans can get ready for a series of family friendly Christmas events. At the flagship store in Sydney this year, between the 9th of December until the 24th, shoppers can look forward to some Microsoft themed Christmas spirit.
In amongst regular workshops and experiences there are also a series of holiday themed workshops including the building of a Minecraft holiday village! Shoppers will also be able to play Super Lucky’s Tale and meet a real life Lucky. There will also be equipment for you to make your own holiday video to share with your friends.
Running throughout the Christmas period will also be Windows Mixed Reality demonstrations for shoppers to step into. There will be gaming as well as educational experiences.

In other Christmasy news, Microsoft is also rolling out these Christmas tree ornaments!
If you’ve already got an Xbox S though, you’re out of luck. The ornaments can’t be bought separately from the Xbox One S or Xbox One S bundle, so if you’re looking to buy an S AND want some gaming themed ornaments, head down after the 23rd. There are also GOLD versions that are ACTUAL gold mind you, worth over $4000.
If you want the gold ornaments you’ve got to get the regular ones and join and win their Facebook competition. There are 4 total up as prizes.
Microsoft will never calm down with Christmas deals, so don’t forget their usual 12 Days of Deals are coming up soon.
Merry Christmas to Xbox and Microsoft fans!
