In a move similar to Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, the newest games will be using nostalgia to help sell the new generation. In a news update from The Pokémon Company it was announced that Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will contain every legendary Pokémon from the entire history of the series.
The only catch however is that a sync is required to obtain a big chunk of the legendaries, by linking up with someone who has the other title. The Pokémon Company has released a set of images to show which legendaries will be exclusive to which titles:
Players will also be able to temporarily rent these super strong Pokémon in the Battle Agency. This is made only cooler by the fact that your character will be wearing some sick sunglasses while doing so.
Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon is looking to be filled to the brim with nostalgia and epic extras. This is a great way to cap off the series on the 3DS before the Pokémon franchise moves over to the Nintendo Switch.
