The full version of Civ VI is now available on iPad

Sid Meier’s Civilization VI (Civ VI) is a massive strategy game that released late last year. Not too long ago we found out about the game’s upcoming expansion, Rise and Fall. And now we have been given the news that the game has been ported to iPad.

The iPad version of Civilization VI is available right now with a free trial available. The free trial will give you access to the first 60 turns but anything after that will cost you the full price of the game. Interestingly, unlike many other mobile games, Civ VI is a full priced release that will cost you the same as the PC version of the game. Whilst this may sound initially strange, the game is the full PC experience, just with down-scaled graphics. Because this is the full game, there are also some hardware and software requirements to run the thing. Civilization VI for iPad will run on iOS 11.1.2 or later and is only playable on iPad Air 2, iPad 2017, or any of the iPad Pros.
