Hearthstone’s Kobolds & Catacombs expansion is set to start on December 8th this year. Packed with a tonne of new content, players are also set to get a new single player content for free.
For the single players, Dungeon Runs have been added. These are 48 different encounters, with decks growing in power as you venture deeper and deeper into the catacombs. These are endlessly replayable, as well as free.
Players can also expect from this expansion:
- 135 new cards
- A new keyword: Recruit
- 2 new card types: Spellstones and Unidentified Items
- Legendary collectable weapon cards for all classes
Just for logging on after release as well, players will get a random Legendary Weapon card, as well as three Kobolds & Catacombs card packs free. There will also be three sequential one time only Dungeon Run quests, each one earning one more card pack.
If you’re the kind inclined towards pre-purchasing as well, players will be able to buy 50 Kobolds & Catacombs card packs for $79.72 Australian dollars. This pre-purchase also includes a FOR THE HOARD! card back. But, you won’t get to open them till December 8th, so hold tight!
