Assassin’s Creed: Origins is gearing up for an update set to arrive sometime this month (January). The details of the update have been outlined on the Assassin’s Creed website.
First and foremost the game is getting its first expansion called The Hidden Ones. Not only will this bring about new story quests but it will also increase the level cap from 40 to 45 and comes as part of the game’s Season Pass.
“January marks the arrival of the first major expansion, The Hidden Ones. In this expansion, Bayek and the Assassins will clash with the Romans, who occupy an all-new region in the game.”
Whilst The Hidden Ones expansion is the big update coming to the game, players can also expect some other new additions. Two new gods will be available for players to battle: Anubis from January 9 – 16 and Sobek from January 23 – 30. There will also be new cosmetic items, a new free quest, an update to the Heka chest item pool and a new option to sell outfits at weaver shops.
