Last Man Sitting is Battle Royale warfare on office chairs

What does the Battle Royale genre need most? It needs a game set entirely in an office building with a room full of dudes on office chairs, of course.

Last Man Sitting is releasing soon to Steam’s Early Access and is looking to bring the ever-so-popular Battle Royale genre to all new silly places. The player characters are all suited up and mounted to their office chairs and geared to the teeth with weaponry. Ragdoll physics will ensure players fly around the office with every blast from their shotgun and naturally, only 1 can survive. Check out the trailer and revel in the lunacy.

The game’s Steam page is certainly quite descriptive:

“A bunch of dudes sit in an office, all of them wearing black suits and white collared shirts. Everyone sits in the same lime green swivel chairs. For a video game, Last Man Sitting sounds really boring. Add shotguns and ragdoll physics, though, and you have a recipe for the only battle royale game left to make.”

Clearly playing things tongue in cheek, Last Man Sitting may be exactly what the Battle Royale genre needs. The game is set to release into Early Access in “early 2018”.
