Shonen Jump MAY be a mystery to most. But chances are even if you don’t know the serial at least a few of the characters and franchises will  be familiar. Dragon Ball Z and Naruto to name just two that have made the jump to the west, they also have their own action packed beat em ups. So what happens when you mash them together Marvel Vs Streetfighter style? You get Jump Force.

Goku and Naruto featured heavily in the gameplay trailer debuted at E3 2018 showing a range of settings inspired by both games. Other notable inclusions being Monkey D. Luffy from One Piece plus there was a glimpse of  Light and Ryuk from Deathnote near the end. This is not the first time the Shonen Jump characters have duked it out with J-Stars Victory VS being released in 2014. Historically, these games are packed full of characters so there are sure to be some surprise inclusions.

What is for sure though is that the game will be packed of big moves, big destruction and crazy battles between your faves. Whilst it may not have the mainstream appeal that the CAPCOM clash series may have, it is sure to feature great gameplay and action.

Jump Force is due to release in 2019 on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC. Get your dose of Anime Crazy with the debut trailer below.
