It’s definitely been the year of the Battle Royale game with more games on the market than ever before and more developers keen to start dipping their toes into the ever trending genre. Joining the titans such as PUBG and Fortnite in the fray are Industry Games with the announcement of their title Zeus Battlegrounds.
Coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One the game will be a free-to-play melee based, 100 player Battle Royale game set in the time of Olympus and the Greek Gods. Offering both solo and team play, you’ll assume the role of a Demigod collecting Godlike Gear and Legendary Weapons in an effort to defeat all others and prove you are worthy of becoming a God!
If waging a war on a God-like scale sounds like fun to you then Industry Games will be conducting multiple tests of Zeus Battlegrounds in the coming weeks leading up to an official launch. Industry Games are coming in as the new kids on the block here, but if the battle of the gods has taught us anything its that in the end the Titans lost and the Gods reigned supreme.
