God of War wins Game of the Year at The Game Awards

The Game Awards 2018 have just concluded with some celebrity guests, new game announcements, and of course plenty of winners. Taking home the biggest accolade of them all was the team behind the critically acclaimed God of War which received the highest praise and the award of Game of the Year. It certainly deserves it. Other big winners include Red Dead Redemption 2 which took home the awards for Best Score / Music, Best Audio Design, and Best Narrative and Celeste which took home awards for Best Indie as well as Games for Impact. It was certainly another triumphant year for video games with so many amazing games releasing. Personally I think the winners were all well deserved and we got to see a lot of diverse and interesting titles go up for nomination.
