In a slip that has the internet ablaze THQ Nordic has accidentally confirmed Darksiders for the Nintendo Switch.
Darksiders: Warmastered Edition has been rumoured to be coming to the Nintendo Switch for some time now but if there’s one thing gamers can all agree on its that rumours are nothing to go by. However it would seem that today is our lucky day and fans of the game have today gone into a frenzy. Thanks to a little slip up at THQ Nordic headquaters we now have the news that Darksiders: Warmastered Edition will in fact be heading to the Nintendo Switch.
A trailer which was uploaded by THQ Nordic featured that familiar Switch click at the start and showed fans just what they had been wanting. Sadly, the trailer has since been removed and replaced with a humorous GIF.
So @THQNordic deleted the Darksiders trailer and put up this GIF: https://t.co/v11C5oK4np ? pic.twitter.com/Z6m3jhFPXD

The trailer for Darksiders on the Switch has understandably caused a fair amount of hype amongst fans of the game and it’s unsure if it was meant for the next upcoming Nintendo Direct (most likely) or something else. Either way, it doesn’t feel like we will have much longer to wait to find out. Whilst the trailer is now gone from THQ Nordic’s page the internet is a giving place and the trailer lives on, check it out for yourself below.
Darksiders: Warmastered Edition is the original Darksiders game which was released back in 2010, but since then it’s seen a re-release on HD consoles in 2016. Darksiders: Warmastered Edition was even released on the Nintendo Wii U relatively recently in 2017.
So if you missed out on this fantastic title or were simply holding out now seems to be your chance to pick up it up for one of the best selling consoles around!
