Ninja Theory’s Bleeding Edge revealed at E3

Posted June 10, 2019

Live on the Microsoft E3 stage, Ninja Theory shared their new game with the crowd  – Bleeding Edge. The game was unfortunately leaked prior to E3 but it didn’t stop the crowd from cheering at the bright visuals.

Bleeding Edge will be a PvP game with different champions you can take to the battlefield. It will draw comparisons to games like Overwatch, although appears to have a bigger focus on melee combat and abilities.

Featuring 4v4 gameplay and a cast of quirky and colourful characters, it definitely has a sense of humour and looks to be another different genre from a talented team.

The game is being made by Ninja Theory, a team well known and loved from games such as Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice and DMC. Ninja Theory is one of many development studios Microsoft has snapped up recently and their first Xbox exclusive.

Bleeding Edge will be heading to Game Pass at launch with a technical alpha arriving June 27.
