Sequels, sequels, sequels. We seem to be getting it all with The Game Awards announcements this year. Another that’s interesting and quite fun is Sons of the Forest, a sequel to original survival horror game The Forest.
The original game was already quite a spooky survival game. It featured you playing as an everyday person that found themselves stuck on a very scary island after a plane crash. It was plagued with eery imagery and cannibals out to get you.
Sons of the Forest looks to be no exception. This time you look to be a hardened military veteran who finds themselves in a helicopter crash. There’s once more some creepy villainous foes, this time looking almost supernatural in nature. Very scary indeed. Definitely keep an eye out for this one.
