Local sporting game legends Big Ant Studios have revealed that their next title, AFL 23, is set to release on April 13 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
The game is said to feature a Management career mode, allowing players to create their own players, clubs and stadiums, as well as draft teams and develop players throughout seasons. Both online and local coop functionality will be available, with commentary from Anthony Hudson, Hamish McLachlan, Daisy Pearce, Daniel Harford, Kelli Underwood and Jason Bennett.
Included in the announcement were a collection of screenshots, highlighting more details about the release including glimpses at the players, stadiums, and media presentations. Importantly, we can also see both the men’s and women’s AFL on display.
