Wake up, Tenno, and rev those Atomicycle engines. Warframe: 1999 releases 13 December 2024 (Saturday 14 for Australia) on all platforms, as announced in The Game Awards 2024.
Game Director Rebecca Ford took to the stage to reveal the final trailer for Digital Extremes’ latest chapter in their galaxy and timeline-spanning saga. Warframe: 1999 plunges Tenno into the distant past in pursuit of Dr. Albrecht Entrati, and teases answers (and yet more questions) about the looming antagonistic force of the Man in the Wall.
Warframe: 1999 promises to include a wealth of content for players to enjoy, such as;
- A new Quest that will see players explore the city-state of Höllvania
- The Hex, a new Syndicate faction whose trust can be earned and rewards unlocked through completion of Bounties
- Cyte-09, the 59th unique Warframe to join the roster, marrying stealth, team utility and devastating firepower into a single potent Warframe
- Reworks to Trinity and Nyx, two of the older Warframes that the community have been long-hoping to be brought in line with the high quality of newer additions to the game
- and much more!
Dripping with ’90s charm, high-tech devastation, and even a chance for the Tenno to find love in the distant past, Warframe: 1999 has been hotly anticipated and will finally be in our hands in a few short hours
