PAX 2025, the 12th year that the annual gaming and pop culture exposition has been held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, has its had its dates for this year confirmed. As usual, it will be held in early October, this time from the 10th until the 12th of the month as per a post by the official PAX Australia account on social media. Just like last year, PAX Australia 2025 will wrap up just one day before SXSW in Sydney which will start on the 13th.

According to the PAX Aus website, badge details are “coming soon” and tickets are not yet available for purchase. Checkpoint Gaming has been attending and reporting on PAX for several years. We can expect to check out plenty of promising indie games as well as get some hands-on experience with the year’s highly-anticipated big releases. Details of which games will be available, as well as the schedule of panels and events, will be confirmed closer to the show. Whatever the case, we at Checkpoint Gaming will be there to report on it, and we hope to see you there this October.
