The sequel to 2020’s No Straight Roads is here, letting you travel the world and battle more musical superstars. No Straight Roads 2 brings back Mayday and Zuke along with two new members of the band. You are travelling around the world in your van, bringing your music fighting ability to every place you visit. You have bigger cities, more dynamic battles, refined mechanics, and more music to listen to. There’s even an option to customise your tour van and put your own touch into the band’s style.
Our review touched on the game being held back due to the trappings of the era. While the gameplay fundamentals will stay the same, there are more fights and deeper mechanics to shake things up. Four characters give you more options and styles to work with. The option to switch characters in real time also gives every character a chance to shine in a pinch.
No Straight Roads 2 will be released sometime during 2026.
