Violence in Gaming

Posted on August 28, 2016

Listen to the show!

This week on the show, we tackle a topic that is constantly being brought up in the media… are video games too violent? Why do people play violent video games? Do only violent people play violent video games, and do they still have their place in the industry? Join Luke, Tom, Jakob and Meags as they discuss their thoughts on this sensitive topic, and talk about the video games that use violence in an effective way… and those that are just ridiculous. Also on the show, we talk about PS VR hitting the shopping centres around Australia, Nintendo and their exclusive Zelda demo at the EB Games Expo and the Xbox Onesie. Yes, you read that right. Not to be outdone, Jakob has been making lots of difficult choices and is finally ready to deliver his verdict on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Don’t miss any of the action!
