It makes me sad that photo albums are now ‘nostalgic.’ I mean, who uses them still? Instants is a bit of a love letter to the old-school photo album, with the puzzle being to arrange the photos in the right position to uncover the story of your family. So cute, so nostalgic, so wholesome!

The sequel to 2021’s Lost in Random, has some changes made to the gameplay of the original. Still incorporating the die system, Lost in Random: The Eternal Die, is now more of a roguelite, hash and slack than a straight-up action adventure like its predecessor. It will be interesting to see what these new game mechanics bring to the world of Random!

This game looks ridiculous! I think there would be some friends I would play this with that I would not be able to stop laughing. It’s super cool as well how you assemble your robot from random and special parts and then watch as these parts get blown up in battle.
Outrider Mako
Developer: Asamado Games

Platforms: PC
Take on the role of Mako on her quest to seek out and subsequently deliver her, uh, deliverables in this top-down view 2D action game. Jump on top of your enemies and slime them with goo to stop them in their tracks! Get those deliverables delivered!
This 2D action adventure looks so damn cute, and delivering packages to gods is a very interesting concept. The world looks spooky and whimsical and even a little bit scary?
