TGS 2016: new Final Fantasy XV trailer revealed

Posted on September 16, 2016

Square Enix have made a hyping start to this years Tokyo Game Show by revealing a new Final Fantasy XV trailer, which is absolutely mind blowing.

Not only does the new trailer showcase Final Fantasy XV‘s powerfully driven story line of Noctis heeding his true calling to piece back together the fallen Kingdom of Lucis, which was once ruled by his deceased father King Regis, but it also showcases some incredibly mind blowing gameplay.

New characters are introduced, showing that they will play a part in Noctis’s character development. Lunafreya Nox Fleuret, Ravus Nox Fleuret and Ardyn Izunia from the prequel movie Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV also return to reveal more interesting plot turns to the epic storyline.

Different modes of transport are also revealed to help explore Final Fantasy XV’s impressive open world. From riding Chocobos to driving Regalia, the stylish Cadillac Ciel; sailing across seas in a yacht, riding on trains and of course my personal favourite  flying a car that can turn into a plane, Final Fantasy XV is going all out to deliver a unique gaming experience, and not to mention its all enjoyed  through its stellar graphics.

Summoning may make an appearance in the game in terms of summoning creatures, as there are scenes displaying celestial beings, such as a giant with a thunder blade that resembles a Chinese god, there is also a creature that resembles Leviathan from Final Fantasy VIII and an ice being that resembles long running summoning support Shiva.

Ahhh…What a time to be alive. This Final Fantasy is sure to leave an amazing impression, and will no doubt be noted as one of the best titles in the long running franchise.
