It is no Great Wonder that Sid Meier’s Civilization VI has been such a great success and with Australia now added to the line-up of playable nations, there has never been a better time to play. And those who have yet to play the newest instalment of this franchise can now do so for free!
2K and Firaxis Games have released a free demo of Sid Meier’s Civilization VI where you play as China with their leader Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of a unified China who ruled from 246 BCE to 210 BCE (Civ is both fun and educational -nod-). The demo will be limited to 60 turns in a fixed map against America, Egypt and Sumeria. There is no limit to the number of times you can play the demo, and also included is the tutorial from the full game to teach newcomers all the world conquering basics.
This demo is part of the 2K Publisher Sale on Steam where the full game, Digital Deluxe version and DLC packs will be on sale for (20-25% off). You can simply download the demo through the Civilization IV page on Steam.
