ARK: Aberration is coming! A brand new adventure for ARK fans, players will be able to grab this new expansion on December 12th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
In Aberration, players will find themselves on a derelict, malfunctioning ARK. As you play, you’ll explore elaborate underground biome system, face earthquakes, radiation exposure, gas leaks, and Element chambers, and brand new creatures found in these new systems. Craft items to stay alive, find new resources and tame creatures to help you survive.
The expansion will include:
- 50+ unique items to craft
- New resources to discover and gather
- New creatures to tame, including the ‘Lantern pug’ to guide you through the dark , a ‘rock drake’ that camouflages, a ‘Cave Crustacean’ for when you need a giant enemy crab and more.
- Brand new challenges
- New environments and terrain
Look at that little lantern pug! Adorable. Players will be able to grab Aberration as a standalone expansion pack, as part of the ARK Season Pass, or as part of the Explorers Edition. If you’re grabbing it as a standalone, you won’t be able to get exclusive in-game aberration cosmetic items though.
