Developer Supermassive Games have delayed the release of both The Inpatient and Bravo Team until 2018.
The two PSVR titles were scheduled to release on November 21 and December 6 respectively after being announced at E3, but an update on the developers website has revealed that both games have been pushed back, without reason other than what we imagine is more time to refine the experience.
The Inpatient, prequel to the popular horror title Until Dawn, is another scary game with psychological elements that takes you back to the Blackwood Sanatorium in the 1950s. It will now launch on January 24th 2018. Bravo Team is a first person cover shoot built for co-op and will have a slightly longer wait, now due for release on March 7th 2018.
While more development time to tweak the titles is never a bad thing, it does leave the PSVR looking a little bare when it comes to big titles in time for Xmas. Either way, we’ll have to see how these games pan out when they are released next year.
