Little Nightmares is the delightfully scary creation of Swedish developers Tarsier Studios. It saw players take on the role of Six, a child in an eerie and grim shadow-filled world. We were brave enough to take the leap back in April of last year to bring you our review of the game but now owners of the Nintendo Switch will have their turn to get hands on with this beautifully designed game with the release of the Little Nightmares Complete Edition.
Releasing on on May 18 of this year, the game is hand-tailored for the Nintendo Switch with a 720p (upscale) resolution and 30FPS for the Handheld mode and a 720p (native) 30 FPS for the TV mode. Get ready to jump with fright with the addition of the HD Rumble possibilities.
But the Switch bonuses don’t stop there for the Little Nightmares Complete Edition. For those pre-ordering there will be cosmetic bonuses available such as the Upside-Down Teapot and Scarecrow Mask . The game will also contain additional stories from The Secret of the Maw Expansion Pass to expand your gloomy experience. These separated stories will be playable with different save data for Six and the Kid.
Of course the fun doesn’t stop there, this is Nintendo we are talking about. Did I here you ask about Amiibos? Well, players will be able to play the two protagonists wearing an exclusive Pakku mask, which becomes available in the Extras menu once the Pac-Man Amiibo is scanned.
Little Nightmares Complete Edition will release on May 18th on Nintendo Switch, so whether you’re playing for the first time or coming back for more this is definitely a good time to step into the world of Little Nightmares!
